LONDON [9 June 2025] – iCIMS, the pioneer in talent acquisition software, today announced the upcoming launch of iCIMS Agents, a purpose-built, domain-specific AI platform designed to accelerate the entire recruiting lifecycle. iCIMS’ intelligent network of agents will act as an extension of the recruiting team, multiplying productivity and improving the hiring experience for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.

iCIMS Agents will proactively take action across the hiring lifecycle, while enabling conversational interactions when human intervention is not required, transforming the user experience of interacting with TA technology. • Conversational Analytics Agent: Redefining the way that TA professionals and HR leaders interact with their company’s data and surface insights by allowing users to ask the agent conversational questions about recruiting and hiring metrics, and providing proactive recommendations on hiring strategy based on patterns detected in the data.
